hi thar. i’m aron. yeah, it’s spelled with one ‘a’. rad huh?

this is my tumblr. i post mostly my own artwork here. every once in a while i will reblog something else, but this is mostly my stuff.

i’m a storyboard artist in the los angeles area and my artwork is varied. a lot is digital, and i also work in traditional media. i’m loving markers a lot right now.

i’m also currently assisting with backgrounds on the dumm comic frog raccoon strawberry and it’s very rad. seriously. i get to color backgrounds and do stuff! if you like that week’s comic, hit the like button. feel free to leave a comment too. it makes us feel super awesome. if you like the backgrounds i worked on, i love to hear that. it makes me smile!

i went to school for animation and the coolest thing ever is that you never stop learning new stuff, and as long as you keep drawing, you keep getting better.

i like karaoke, time machines, and accordions. sometimes combinations thereof. did you know all i talk about is back to the future and weird al yankovic? oh yeah.

a lot of stuff inspires me and influences me and my work. i try to keep all of that on my other tumblr omgwtfbttf. thats rad.

i have some pet artemia nyos and a fisher price phonograph. my accordion is candy apple mother-of-pearl red, has 120 bass buttons, and the interior of the grille is autographed by both weird al and dr. demento. it’s all good.
